Can I sell or swap my drops?

You can sell an item back to the site in your inventory; the payout equals the item's price minus a small fee. You can also swap it for another item of equal or lower value or combine several items into one using the upgrade feature.

How do withdrawals of funds or skins work?

On DROPIK you cannot withdraw your balance as cash. Your balance can only be converted into skins and those items can then be withdrawn to your Steam inventory. When you request a withdrawal, the system marks the item as withdrawn and initiates the trade; delivery time depends on Steam's trade rules and the item selected.

What payment methods are accepted?

On DROPIK you can top up your balance using cryptocurrency or by depositing skins . Crypto deposits are credited instantly. When depositing skins there may be a delay: Steam's seven‑day trade protection can hold items before they are tradable, so your balance may only update after this period, though in some cases it is credited immediately. Please note that withdrawals can only be made as skins to your Steam inventory.
